Come experience fitness with us! Our state-of-the-art gym offers a variety of health and fitness options for the community. We aim to accommodate all fitness goals and interests. These facilities include quality interactive cardio equipment including watt bikes, elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and cross trainers. A free weight section, power lifting equipment, a circuit and an outdoor cross training rig. Personal training sessions, group based classes and HIIT classes all available on your door step. Please bring your own boxing gloves and wraps to all boxing classes.
