Biggest Loser Competition Rules

1. 1. Qualification for entry into the competition is at the Train Station gym. Your weight and measurements will be recorded by one of their qualified trainers. (Call 010 900 1101 to make an appointment.)
   2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
   3. Tracking of your progress will be through the Itensity App and all information and details will be strictly confidential.
   4. Two categories can be entered, namely Biggest Loser Weight (male and female) or Biggest Loser Centimetres (male and female).
   5. Contestants must be a member of the gym to enter.
   6. The competition is open to Midstream residents only.
   7. The competition runs for 12 weeks starting 3 January and ending 28 March 2022.
   8. Contestants can sign up any time during the period of the competition.
   9. There are four R10 000 cash prizes. Two for most weight lost, male and female. Two for the highest fat percentage lost, male and female. All results will be tracked through the Itensity App.
   10. All participants must visit the Train Station gym between 23 – 28 March 2022 for final measurements and thereafter the winners will be announced.
   11. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   12. Winners accept and use prizes at their own risk. In Midstream Magazine cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won.
   13. By entering the competition sponsors may contact you with further promotions or offers.  
   14. Winners may be required to have their details disclosed.  There will be photographs taken for editorial in a later issue and disclosed and appear on the Internet/In Midstream Magazine.
